Waterfest 14 - July 19 & 20

Sounds good Brian. I cant make it to waterfest. My grandmother's 90th b-day party is saturday and we have another b-day party to go to on sunday. But maybe someone in the club can take my car to show it. Does the car have to be there both days? I dont understand the layout for that show. We will def talk about it more this sunday.

Waterfest is a two day show but alot of folks only go on Sunday.... Brian and I have gone for many years together and I don't think we ever been to the Saturday part of the show... For some reason, I always heard that Sunday was the better of the two days... We'll discuss it at the meet.........

Sounds good Mike. We will talk more about it. The b-day party that stacy and I have to go to is at 1:00 so we are going to go in the morning set the car up and then leave for the party. and if you don't mind after the show driving the car home for me that would be great I would appreciate it. Atleast this way I will still be able to attend for a little bit and see everyone and have my car there representing project euros ofcoarse!!!

We should talk about getting all together real early yet again to cruise to e-town to be there before those gates open, I heard judging starts at 9:30am and you all know it takes forever to clean our cars!!! So we want to give ourselves enough time to clean before the judges come around.

ok r32 mike what time you planning on coming down?? i know it's a farther drive for you .ill try to figure something out if your planning on coming down early i just need what to know what roads you take or your address.

im thinking we will meet at staples in the morning and take the parkway up, and meet Brian & Erica so there not back tracking. ill post what roads im thinking of taking when i get a chance to look at the map.

if you don't want to show you can park in the Exhibition parking it's kinda like a club area it's $30.oo and it save's you allot of walking to the show or back to your car.

let me know what your plans are for the morning the gates open at 8:00 and judging starts at 9:30.

I have a problem, Since I am pressed for time and I am leaving my car with Mike after it is setup I want to be there at 7:00. I know how crazy the line for events at e-town can be and waterfest being really huge and people coming from all over and staying in hotels I want to be as far to the entrance as possibe so I can get right in at 8 and drive to my spot and start cleaning and hopefully be done by 9:30-10:00. I understand that everyone else probably does not want to go that early and I will be honest with you the only reason why is because I have that b-day party I have to go to and the judging starts at 9:30 which sucks ass so I want in the gates asap(every minute counts)..

From my house it takes me about 45-1hour to get to e-town so I am going to leave my area at like 5:45-6 so anyone that wants to come with me is more than welcome.

The Route I am going to take is Parkway N to 100. Take 33 towards freehold and from there take back roads into englishtown.

Just let me know if anyone wants to cruise there at that time. Brian & Erica we could also meet on the parkway if you wanted, There is a rest stop right before exit 100.

I am just throwing this out there for anyone that wants to go real early and setup.

Ed- I can probably speak for Brian too that we would probably meet up with you that early so we can start cleaning and you make a good point about lines and waiting around.... so let's make a plan for that.... I will also be showing my car so I want to make sure that I can have it as clean as possible. Only problem.... Brian and I live past exit 100. I live off exit 105 by the monmouth mall. If you like, we could meet there then just hop on Rt18 which is right there to the e-town exit. That's the route we always took to the track anyway. Let me know...

That works for me. Just have to tell me a meet spot off the exit and I will be there.

Okay, once you get off of Exit 105, you go directly on Rt 36 which brings you to the Monmouth Mall. There is a Chili's in the mall parking lot and since it's the crack of dawn again, we'll be easily spotted. After we meet up all we need to do is swing back around and Rt 18 is right there..... it's only another twenty minutes or so then we'll be at the track.

Anyone else is more than welcome to take this option if you want to get up that early or we'll just see you guys at the show.

PS: I already registered.... Ed - did you? You should if you havent. It saves time.

PSS: You tell us what time to meet at the mall. Since this time we are close to the meet point it doesn't really matter to much to us.

ok we are going to meet at staples sunday morning take parkway to exit 105 onto rt18 to exit 29 onto tennet rd then to union hill rd on to pension rd and where there. we will talk at the next meeting about what time where leaving was thinking 6:30 and we will be meeting erica & brian around 7:00 on rt18. and get there about 7:30.

is it cool with you brian erica if we meet you on 18 was thinking you could chill on the side right befor the on ramp or right after 15a and will just send you a text when where coming up the ramp to save a few more mins.

let me know if that cool with every one ells it with take about 45 with no stops from tr.

That sounds like a good plan to me, Rt 18 is right there for me.... and if we get there by 7:30, I think thats more than enough time to get the cars cleaned. I would prefer to roll in as a club than split up, I just didn't know if everyone wanted to get up at dawn again.

Yes I did register on July 1st so I am good to go.

Aaron why dont we meet at the staples at like 6 and just make sure we roll out before 630? Then meet erica and brian at the chilli's right off of 105 and then roll out to the show, and we should get there between 7-730 and hopefully the line wont be that bad. Let me know what you think about that and then the only thing left to do is get a list of who is meeting at the staples. I will start it
