Porting & Powder Coating Service Available!!

Hey everyone. Well you all know that I do Port work so if you ever need any port work done or know anyone looking to get it done just send them my way. But by this weekend I should be up and running with PowderCoating!! I will recieve my full kit today in the mail and will be picking up an oven on saturday morning to bake the parts in. So I will use this thread to post pictures of my port work and powder coating work and prices of what it will cost to get stuff done.

Erica yeah I would be interested depending on what size the wheel is and what color he is looking for.

Well this is what the Fed Ex Guy dropped off today.

And here are some colors that I will be able to get. These are just standard colors so there is many more to choose from.

Sweet Man!!!! Did you find an oven yet? I am going to get mine tommorow morning so I got alot of rearranging in the garage to do. You want to come to give me a hand with it? I am leaving my house at 8 to get to sayerville by 9 to pick it up in my trailer. Could use a hand if you dont have to work. Let me know. Green is called Olive Drab it is on the eastwood chart. Cant wait to coat something in that color but it is def an aquired taste not a popular color.

Got the Oven and the sandblast cabinet. Just have to hook everything up and i will be up and running.

Soon man soon. I got all my other powder colors the other day. got my infrared thermometer to calibrate my oven and now I just have to get the wiring to hook up my oven and I will be powdercoating all my brackets on my car my manifold so I will post pics of how everything turns out so people can get an idea of what colors look like on parts.

Hey Ed, nice little set up you have going there. I may have some business to send your way. One of my buddies is looking to have all his intercooler piping done and I have some parts that need some love as well. manifold, mufflers, possible intercooler piping. wish you could do plastics with powdercoat because my emblems and grille surrounds need to match too. lol i'll let my buddy know about your set up and when you are up and running you might have quite a few parts comin your way.

Sounds great to me. I am up and running with all my equipment just have to calibrate my oven and test the gun out and I will be good to go.
