Porting Services

Hello all.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I do porting on the side so if you need anything done just get in contact with me and we will discuss it.

I will update this thread with pictures of different Intake manifolds,exhaust manifolds, Heads, ect ect.

i will definately vouge for him on the work he does

he's working on some stuff for me so we can see what kinda gains we will get im sure it will be a decent amount!!

he is also doin a intake for the cabrio so that can be a good platform aswell

Yeah I felt some gains out of the stuff I did on the jetta so it def works. And I also got some feedback from one of the coolwater guys that I did a set of VR6 Manifolds for. He has a supercharged VR and said they def added a nice increase to his car and he was very happy with them.

Aaron I got the gasket for your intake manifold so I will get started as soon as I can. and Mike we have to discuss the intake manifold for the cabrio did you want me to do the one that is on the car or do you want the spare that I have done? I have a decent amount of work lined up that I have to get started on so it is going to be a little bit for you guys, I will try and get it done asap. I have to do a set of vr manifolds and a upper and lower IM for 2 customers and then on to aaron and mikes stuff. So if anyone wants something done get in touch with me and I will put you on my list of things to get done.


Again lots of pics will be up as soon as I have some time and keep an eye out for some pics of some head work once I get a chance to mess with one.

no rush dude i have plenty of other stuff i need to do. i have the throttle gasket waiting to be picked up at autozone i didn't know if you needed that one too or not so i just got it

Get me that too. Just to see if it needs any gasket matching on the TB side.

Ok here are some pics of some work I have done. I actually did all of this today for a customer that I met at dubs at the beach. He came today and picked it all up and was very happy with it.

Onto some pics:

VR6 Downpipe welded on the outside(Mike welded it for me, I am out of practice lol)





VR6 Downpipe Inside weld removed and ported/polished left side finished right side not.



Left and right side finished & where it goes to single pipe ported/polished





VR6 Lower Intake Manifold Gakset Matched/Ported/Polished





8v ABA Upper & Lower Intake Manifold Gasket Matched Ported/Polished








If anyone wants anything just let me know. I will be starting to mess with heads as soon as I get a chance so watch for pictures when I get one done. I am going to do a 12v vr head and a 8v aba head to start with. Thanks

I can do the intake manifold and the exhaust manifolds downpipe, but the only thing with your car mike is that it is so new that we would have to take the stuff off to see if there is any gasket matching to even be done. usually there is always castings to be cleaned up and smoothed out but the real power comes from porting and if it is already gasket matched from the factory then I would just remove the rough castings. If you can find some spare manifolds that would be great then I can look at it and see what I can do to improve on it. also we have to see if you have a plastic or metal intake manifold, If it is plastic than there is nothing to do with it and we can only work on the exhaust side of the car. we can talk more about it tonight if you are coming to the diner and I can check out the intake manifold to see what type it is. i deff want to get some of that stuff done in the winter ed like we talked about

Yeah I have some pics like that, just wanted to throw some quick pics up. But yes more pics to come and I will def show the difference between stock and ported.
