The Date is Set. Sunday 6/28/2009. Gates Open at 8:00am Show is held at Atco Raceway. I will get more info when I get it. For Now this is all I have to go on.

Ok so Since we have Mandatory PE Shows to attend I will just add all of the club members to the list and all that I ask is that if for some reason you can not attend one of the PE Shows please post that you cannot make it and I will take you off the list.

Already called him. He said the show is on just doesn't know the time or details yet. He said he would let me know but I will call again and ask him. I will let everyone know when I find out

UPDATE ON THE SHOW. COOLWATER SAID THEY COULD USE THE HELP. I SPOKE WITH TIM (VP) AND HE SAID TO MEET THEM @ THE GATE BY 6:30 AM. I FIGURED WE COULD ALL MEET UP AND CRUISE THERE TOGETHER LIKE U GUYS DID LAST YEAR. IF ANYONE CANT MAKE IT LET MYSELF, KRISTIN OR 1 OF THE OTHER OFFICERS KNOW A COUPLE OF DAYS PRIOR TO THAT SUNDAY SO WE CAN PLAN AHEAD.

P.S. YES I WILL BE THERE AND I WILL SHOW BRIAN!!

Well we are all going to get to atco around 6:30am to help coolwater with whatever they need help with. So if you want to come that early and help out then maybe we could meet at the diner at like 6. I am not sure on time yet because we are all suppose to leave the toms river area by like 5 so I will have to get back to you about a better time. I will let you know.

Ok we r meeting at staples at 5am...then going to meet arron and hopefully mike and sarah at wawa on 70 in whiting then going the back way to atco...see u all at staples!
